The base frame is designed to ensure perfect stability of the panel under the pressure, minimizing vibrations and guaranteeing optimal processing and cutting quality.
The cutting unit, mounted on a single-arm structure, moves on high-precision hardened guides via recirculating ball bearings with pressurized automatic lubrication, ensuring precise and durable movements. Motion is driven by a belt transmission and gear motor powered by a brushless motor. The blade and scorer, independent and vertically adjustable, move along hardened guides with dedicated motors for each blade. Processing residues are collected by a conveyor and directed to the extraction system. The pressure beam, which moves vertically along guides located in the side uprights, is operated by pneumatic cylinders with adjustable pressure, ensuring parallelism and precision under all operating conditions.
The scorer alignment is quick and straightforward, thanks to a gear motor electronically controlled directly from the control panel.
The pusher features a robust tubular crossbar with two clamps for securing and positioning panels. The crossbar moves on ball-bearing slides, and positioning is electronically regulated. The brushless motor enables continuous adjustment of the pusher speed from 12 to 60 m/min, ensuring precision and adaptability.
The vertical-adjustable scoring blade allows cutting of pre-edged and post-formed panels. The electronic engagement of the scorer is controlled by a brushless motor, ensuring precision and high-quality cutting.

The ball-bearing slides of the cutting unit are automatically lubricated via a grease pump, which precisely doses the required amount based on the work cycles, ensuring consistent performance.
This multifunctional clamp can operate in traditional mode, securing the panel, or extend the mechanical stopper to perform minimal cuts as small as 10 mm, offering exceptional versatility in processing.
Positioned along the cutting line, the aligner precisely positions the panel against the lateral mechanical stopper, ensuring a perfectly orthogonal cut.
The control system includes a wired electrical cabinet featuring SIL 3 safety modules, power supply, and protection for the inverters of the blade carriage and pusher. It also incorporates brushless motors with encoders for managing the cutting and pusher units, along with a Siemens PLC for overall machine control. The system is complemented by an operator console equipped with a Siemens K700 terminal, providing intuitive and precise operation management.
