MODUL ZPF is the single-axis cutting center designed for extremely high standards of productivity and reliability. Mechanical solutions and an electronic control system ensure the fully automatic operation of the machine. The cutting axis consists of a robust single-shoulder structure.
The blade carriage slides on high-precision guides, ensuring perfect repeatability and smooth movement, achieved through a toothed belt drive and a brushless motor for maximum durability and consistent motion. The blade elevation occurs on precision guides mounted on the tool carriage.

BASE

It ensures perfect panel holding under the pusher and reduces vibrations, guaranteeing excellent processing quality. The toothed belt that transmits motion to the carriage and the two guides on which the blade carriage slides ensure maximum movement smoothness, while the heat treatment of the structure maintains its characteristics over time.

ZPF CUTTING UNIT

High precision and excellent cutting finish are the result of the design of the new EOS carriage. The single-shoulder structure makes the base-panel-pusher assembly extremely compact, ensuring the vertical movement of the blades on ball guides and maximum perpendicularity between the blade and the panels.

GRIPPING CLAMPS

Equipped with automatic insertion of the lower support, allowing uninterrupted package handling during the work cycle. The pressure can be adjusted to ensure the complete integrity of the sectioned material.

GROOVED PRESSURE BEAM

The openings in the internal part of the pressure beam eliminate any interference between the grippers and the pressure beam, allowing the complete use of the panels with cuts and minimal tail trimmings while the clamps never leave the pack, even during the final cuts.

PUSHER

Its structure ensures rigidity during movements and precision in the execution of parallel cuts. Positioning is controlled by an encoder operating on an independent rack. Wear-free operation and full compliance with dimensional accuracy are guaranteed.

SIDE ALIGNER

Optimizes its stroke based on the panel width using four vertical rollers.

POST-FORMING UNIT

The rise of the scoring blade enables the finished cutting of pre-edged and post-formed bars.

GROOVING EXECUTIONS

The process is automated and electronically controlled according to the dimensions set on the machine's onboard PC.

CUTTING PATTERN EDITOR WITH SIMULATION

Allows easy editing of complex patterns. The graphical simulation assists the operator during all panel handling and cutting operations.

INTEGRATED CUTTING OPTIMIZATION SOFTWARE

Enables transitioning from the list of pieces to be produced to machine execution with just two mouse clicks.
