The N-CO cooler by Nova Pellet is a column air-blown cooler, used to cool the pellet exiting the pelletizer or any type of press that produces small-sized products, such as croquettes and similar items.
The material to be treated is loaded into the cooler via a conveyor, and fresh air, drawn from the external environment, is blown through a grid, circulating through the product to lower its temperature. The presence of the intermediate floor significantly reduces cycle times. The N-CO 2000 does not come with pre-installed blowers, and requires an external, independent unit.
The contact parts can be made of steel or AISI304 stainless steel to ensure long-lasting durability.
The cooler is equipped with capacitive sensors that can be connected to the management system of any plant, allowing for extensive cycle time adjustments to suit the treated product.
The design optimization carried out by our engineers makes the N-CO not only simple and functional but also extremely easy to maintain. The pellet discharge from the cooler is performed with an integrated vibrating screen, equipped with a nozzle for fine dust aspiration.
The N-CO 2000 cooler is suitable for medium to large productions and is found in plants combined with our N-MIDI and N-PLUS pellet mills.
