Description

The horizontal paddle mixers branded Nova Pellet are constructed from painted carbon steel or AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, with surface treatments suitable for the intended use.

The N-MX mixer series consists of a cylindrical body made from 3/5 mm thick carbon steel sheet, with inspection windows in plexiglass. The heart of our N-MX mixers is a properly sized and processed shaft, on which special, adjustable-position paddles are installed. These paddles can be made from carbon steel, AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, or Hardox. This specific design allows for easy maintenance and replacement of individual paddles.

These machines are primarily designed as mixers for wood biomass but can also be used as homogenizers for powders of various types and particle sizes.

Nova Pellet horizontal mixers are available in capacities ranging from 350 to 1500 liters, with power ratings ranging from 3 kW to 7.5 kW, depending on the application.

The N-MX 300 mixer is typically installed in medium-sized plants where the goal is to optimize the moisture content of the material exiting the sawdust storage silo. Specific accessory kits are available for moisture management, rotation speed adjustment, and the addition of additives for mixing.
