Main Features

• Single Film Bagging: The machine uses a single flat film roll to create the bags. Two versions are available: one with impulse sealing for polyethylene bi-sealing materials and one with hot-bar sealing for mono-sealing laminated materials.
• Integrated Weighing and Dosing System: The machine precisely doses the required amount of product using a conveyor belt unit, then fills, seals, and automatically expels the bag.

Packaging Unit

• Advanced Sealing Bars: The longitudinal sealing bar operates pneumatically and is separate from the machine cycle, controlled via an operator panel. The cross sealing bars, with independent pneumatic movement, ensure maximum reliability and precision, thanks to the horizontal orientation of the arms with closed clamps.
• Precise Sealing Control: Each sealing jaw is monitored individually to ensure a perfect seal on the bags, maintaining consistent and uniform temperatures. The sealing cooling is ensured by an air and water blowing system with a constant temperature.
• Integrated Control System: The electrical control panel includes a PLC and HMI touch screen to manage all parameters, preset programs, and diagnostic error display. The pneumatic panel is equipped with a lubricator group and solenoid valves.

Vertical Screw Doser

• Precise Level Control: The product, fed into the doser, is kept at a constant level by a level sensor inside the hopper.
• Constant Product Movement: A conveyor belt prevents the material from compacting, keeping it in constant motion.
• Precise Volumetric Dosing: A brushless motor drives the conveyor, dosing the product according to the HMI settings. The machine can also be equipped with a weighing system for added precision.
• Prevention of Product Loss: A pneumatic shutter closes after each dosing to prevent dust loss.

Bag Features

• Optional Square Bottom: Option to create bags with a square bottom for increased stability.
• Dust Extraction: Dust extraction system for any non-settled dust inside the bag.
• Advanced Sealing: Option for dual horizontal/vertical impulse sealing and the possibility to add four corner seals for superior sealing.
