The Nova Pellet launch refiner is a compact and robust machine, ideal for pulverizing chippings and shavings of various types.

The core of the machine consists of special steel hammers (treated carbon steel, Hardox, etc.) mounted on a robust rotor; rotating at 2950 RPM, the hammers push the material against fixed counter-hammers, grinding it and forcing it out through the holes of the screen.
The screen is easily replaceable and can have holes of various sizes, allowing for the desired granulation of the sawdust.

Our refiners can be used in various sectors with different materials, such as plastic, wood, dry or wet biomass, and dry or wet agricultural materials.

The ability to use interchangeable perforated screens provides the flexibility to choose the material size at the output. There are various types of screens, but the most commonly used are perforated (from Ø3 mm to Ø15 mm) or slotted (from 4×8 mm to 10×30 mm).
