The N-CO cooler by Nova Pellet is a countercurrent air column cooler, used for cooling pellets exiting from the pellet mill or following any type of press that produces small-sized products, croquettes, and similar items.
The product to be processed is loaded into the cooler through a conveyor, and fresh air from the external environment is passed through a grid. This air flows through the entire product, lowering its temperature. The intermediate platform significantly reduces cycle times.
The construction parts can be made of steel or AISI304 stainless steel to ensure high durability over time.
The cooler is equipped with capacitive sensors that can be interconnected with the control system of any plant, providing wide adjustment possibilities for cycle times, ensuring optimal adaptation to each treated product.
The design optimization carried out by our engineers makes the N-CO cooler not only simple and functional but also extremely easy to maintain. The pellet discharge from the cooler is performed with an integrated vibrating sieve, accompanied by a nozzle for fine dust suction. The N-CO 700 model, in particular, is ideal for small or medium production and is often used in plants paired with our N-MINI and N-ECO pelletizers, offering a complete and efficient solution for various production needs.
